Lauren joined Leeds East Academy as Finance Assistant in April 2014. 
During the course of her career Lauren developed skills in Finance and undertook some admin tasks within HR. It was here she found her passion and became the LEA HR Assistant.  

During Lauren’s time at the White Rose Academies Trust, she has gained her CIPD Level 5 and began working across each of our academies.  Lauren gained a trust role as HR Business Partner in September 2021. 

Outside of work, Lauren enjoys spending time with family and friends.
